The scripts of the Essenes are but a poor treasure in comparison with the scripts that lie on the floor of the cavern in the mountain by Lake Baikal that we gave directions to earlier. Here we find the scripts of the ancient nomads who travelled the plains of Asia following the Deluge. They will be found to lie in a central area of the main cavity and will be in good repair and preservation due to the surrounding atmosphere of nitrogen gas.
The contents describe, in early Abyssinian-like language, the travels of the people from Atlantis and Lemuria and their way of life. These have been preserved in order to show you the vast cultural and technological heritage of mankind which was lost by the catastrophe of 10,470 BC. We have spent many years compiling this work and we did so with the knowledge of its discovery and usefulness in times to come.
The main text relates to the technology that we brought with us and the moral restrictions on the use thereof, for science and morality were one until the Separation commenced. The timing of this discovery is set to coincide with the first major earthquakes in the Pacific region in the early quarter of the year .... This will revolutionise the communications industry and the consequences of the realisation of the reality of our so-called 'lost civilisation' will become apparent to all. The next time you see the faces of the people astounded remember that this expression is to be repeated frequently over the next five years and will be recognised as pertaining to the changes in knowledge that come about.
You cannot deny the impact of man's behaviour on the environment any longer. It is evident to the simplest person that things are not as they were. It is also apparent that if the pollution continues, the world will suffer - all its creatures and plants are struggling to survive now. Mankind has a choice and it is our belief that this will be faced by each and every person, irrespective of his or her individual interests. This choice will determine the future thinking of generations to come and will be inherited by those who think rationally and scientifically.
We leave you today with information on the timescale of changes to be anticipated in the coming ... months. The first indication of the changes is, as we have said, the formation of the Grand Cross in the sky during July. This will precipitate a series of earth movements affecting the regions of Central America and the Pacific along with the central Asian plate and you will find the tidal swamping of low-lying areas around the globe but more especially in the northern hemisphere. This sequence of events will in turn precipitate cyclonic activity out of season and the gales will produce effects in the central Atlantic/Pacific regions with evidence of destruction in the northern parts of Europe. This freak weather will alert the authorities to the difficulties of weather prediction under a new set of governing rules and, if used wisely, this new knowledge will help in the days ahead.
The use of meteorological prediction had been of interest to all people at all times, governing as it does the farming, fishing and hunting fraternities. In times to come you will no longer have access to the technology of the present and it is thus important for you to be able to monitor the weather in a simpler but reliable form. We suggest this task is delegated to one person in the main who has as apprentice a further two persons, male or female. This will enable the predicition to continue in the event of any illness or absence of the main party.
The information may be gathered from the nature spirits who rule the elements. With their help you will be guided as to the coming patterns. Divination may take place in the meditative or physical plane according to the skill and preference of the operator. Forecasts will be given according to the question of the seeker. You may seek daily, weekly, monthly or seasonal weather patterns and the simple rules of divination apply ie. simple, direct questions with the intention of benefit for the community - man, animal and plant.
Pre-arrange a set time for this work and inform the spirits of this. Work in the open air and praise and thank them for their work and help - we all respond to positive thoughts better than to negative ones. The replies will come to you in the way predetermined by yourselves. For example, rocks may be used to represent different patterns of weather. Be sure to inform the spirits of your representation and its meaning before attempting the question. This way they will know how to communicate with you in response and there will be less confusion on all sides.
The offering of sacrifices to these spirits is, quite frankly, unnecessary. They require only acknowledgement, thanks and praise for satisfaction and look forward to working with the more enlightened human race. The time of reconciliation between the spirit families is one of great joy. It has been but a short time in eternity since the separation of the Kingdoms occurred but many thousands of years since the whole of humankind operated in this way.
